Tattoo Design

I was wondering if someone who is really good at designing tattoo designs could design a tattoo that I have been wanting to get since October 2004. On October 16th, 2004 my grandfather died in a single car accident. He was very important to me. He was a Vietnam Veteran. When he was in Vietnam he got burned which he recieved his first purple heart then later he lost both of his legs which earned him his second purple heart. He was awarded with the bronze for bravery. I want to combine two purple and a bronze star with his name and date of death someone into that. If someone can design this I would be forever greatful
